''The colors that I have used in my Coastal Scents 88 Color Eye Shadow Palette are just as bright on the eye as they appear in the pan. Hot Pink is Hot Pink! Red is Red! The Crayola Green color goes on Crayola Green. (I call it Crayola Green because it looks just like the green Crayola crayon). I've never used an eye shadow base with either of my Coastal Scents palettes. This palette would definitely be great for those who want to create Avant-Garde looks as well as the beginning make-up user. ''
